Aluminum Plate

Premium Aluminum Plate in 1100, 3003, & 6061 Grades

Action Stainless stocks aluminum plate in a wide range of grades, thicknesses, and sizes to meet the demands of high-performance applications. Known for its strength-to-weight ratio, machinability, and resistance to corrosion, aluminum plate is a preferred material in industries such as aerospace, marine, transportation, and tooling.

We offer plate in 1100, 3003, and 6061 grades. Each alloy is designed for specific performance characteristics and is available in both standard and custom dimensions.

Finishes & Processing Services

Aluminum plate is supplied in standard mill finish, providing a clean, as-rolled surface suitable for general use. Brushed and anodized finishes are available on select grades for architectural appeal and enhanced corrosion resistance. Our in-house processing includes precision saw cutting, waterjet and plasma cutting, CNC machining, and forming. These services allow us to meet complex project specifications with tight tolerances and fast turnaround times.

Available Styles and Materials

We stock aluminum plate in:

  • 1100 Aluminum Plate

Commercially pure with excellent corrosion resistance and workability; ideal for chemical equipment and decorative applications

  • 3003 Aluminum Plate

Corrosion-resistant and easily formed; used in roofing, signage, and food service applications

  • 6061 Aluminum Plate

High strength and good weldability; widely used in structural, aerospace, and heavy-duty industrial applications

  • Mill Finish

Standard surface ideal for general fabrication and machining

  • Anodized/Brushed Finish

Available for architectural or corrosion-sensitive projects

Plate is available in standard widths of 48" and 60", and lengths of 96", 120", and longer, with custom sizes upon request.
