Stainless Steel Square Bar

Typically this product is purchased as a cold finished bar. It is further annealed after cold working to control hardness and reduce the tendency to create chipping while machining. Some bars, particularly the larger diameters, are purchased in the HRA&P state due the limitations on the cold draw benches.

T416 squares are available within 2-3 days ARO

Similarly, having our centerless bar grinding coupled with a full complement of CNC machining equipment results in an ability to produce finished parts to our customers’ own specifications and drawings.
