Centerless Grinding

Sleeker finishes, tighter tolerances, and more accurate lines are available with our centerless grinding provided in our Rockhill facility. We can provide perfectly round and smooth bars with diameters from .25” – 9.50” in thickness and lengths up to 24’.

CNC
Machining

Our CNC Machining capabilities allow our engineers to produce higher-quality pieces more efficiently and repeatably, ensuring each cut is as precise as the last.

Laser
Cutting

Our LVD traditional CO2 laser cutter will produce a detailed and flawless cut on each piece. Perfect for jobs using thinner plates and sheets ranging from 24 GA – .5” in thickness.

Saw
Cutting

Cutting pipe, bar, or tubbing is no issue with our HE&M precision saw cutter. Our saw can provide cut tolerances of +/- .0625” on up to a 17” outer diameter piece.

Plasma
Cutting

Efficiency and precision have never been as easy as with our Hypertherm plasma cutter. Perfect for jobs using medium-thickness plates up to 2” in thickness.

Waterjet

One of the longest-used and most trusted cutting processes, our Flow Mach 3 waterjet provides power, speed, and exceptional cut quality on every job. Perfect for jobs using thicker plates up to 5” in thickness.

WE ARE A FULL LINE DISTRIBUTOR

STOCKING PLATES, SHEETS, ANGLES, ROUNDS, FLAT BARS, TUBING, PIPE AND MUCH MORE.

Our unique setup of having a full array of plate processing (plasma, laser, water jet) within the same facility allows us to fulfill multi-line orders with varying tolerances. Similarly, having our centerless bar grinding coupled with a full complement of CNC machining equipment results in an ability to produce finished parts to our customers’ own specifications and drawings.
